What materials are used for your backdrops?
We offer a variety of high-quality materials including seamless paper, wrinkle-resistant polyester fabric, vinyl, and hand-painted canvas to suit different photography and videography needs.
How long does shipping normally take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout for time-sensitive projects.
Can I return a backdrop if it doesn't fit my studio?
Yes, we accept returns on standard-sized items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unused condition. Custom-printed backdrops are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How do I remove wrinkles from my fabric backdrop?
Most of our fabric backdrops are steam-safe. You can use a handheld steamer or a low-heat iron on the reverse side. Many are also machine washable on a gentle cycle.
Do you offer custom printing services?
Absolutely! You can upload your own high-resolution artwork or logo, and we will create a custom-sized backdrop specifically for your brand or event.
