Ensure your item is in its original, unused condition and packaging, including all accessories and documentation provided at the time of purchase.
Submit Request
Log in to your account or visit our Support Center to submit a return request with your order number and the specific reason for the return.
Ship the Item
Once approved, securely pack your items and ship them back to our warehouse using the provided RMA label or a tracked shipping service of your choice.
Receive Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
